The Founding Home
Samsara Ghar began in a renovated family home in Paiyun, Nepal, with space for ten children.
How it started
A family-donated property was renovated to welcome the first children. Samsara Ghar opened in December 2024 in partnership with the Fair Lawn Sunrise Rotary Club. It was created for Dalit children and children from families facing hardship across rural Nepal, to offer stability, consistent adults, and the ordinary experiences every childhood deserves.
Fully funded
The Founding Home goal of $65,000 covered renovating the family home and establishing the first three years of care. Thanks to our supporters, it is fully funded.
Life in the home today
Ten children live and grow together with caregivers, education, meals, healthcare, and consistent support. ARC for Nepal supports the program’s funding, partnerships and long-term development. The Rajendra Anjana Foundation leads care and community relationships in Nepal.
What comes next
As the home reached capacity, the vision grew into a permanent campus for up to 50 children. See the Main Campus.
